Confidentiality Contacts
We’re the confidentiality contacts, and our main goal is to provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about anything on your mind. We understand how important it is for people to be comfortable at our association and feel like they are heard. That’s why we’re here to help facilitate that process.
We’re all about creating a culture of trust and respect, where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and sharing their thoughts without judgment. Our commitment is to make sure that all information shared with us is treated with the utmost discretion and kept strictly confidential.

Who are we?
Hi I’m Sophie,
I’m a social work student at Hogeschool Rotterdam. I’ve been a member of the Erasmus E-sports association since 2022 and in my free time I like to game and read.
Now, I also have the important responsibility of being one of the confidentiality contacts. I’m here to make sure that your privacy and concerns are kept confidential and well taken care of.
I find it important to provide a safe space for everyone to express their thoughts and concerns. So please feel free to reach out if you have anything on your mind that you’d like to discuss in confidence. You can talk to me in English, French as well as in Dutch, whatever you prefer.
